helpful staff room comfort plentiful breakfast small room limited choices standard options
the staff was very helpful. they arranged tours and experiences for me. it made everything easier (i really needed that). the rooms were comfortable. mine had a balcony, so i enjoyed the views drinking coffee. breakfast included a lot of options.
my room was very small. i didn't find many options i liked. i am used to more common options.

Central location, superb breakfast
rich breakfast early start
The breakfast offered a rich variety of choices every morning. It started early at 7 am. This was convenient for early departures to the airport. Arranging taxi services to the airport was also very smooth.

fantastic location and amazing service!
superb location friendly staff smooth transfer fruit selection
the location was superb, steps away from major attractions. the staff were great, always ready to assist with a smile (aziz was especially helpful!). i had a smooth airport transfer, arranged directly through the hotel. the breakfast had great variety, i loved the fresh fruit selection!
the elevator was a bit slow during peak hours, but i always took the stairs instead (a little extra exercise never hurt!).

the breakfast area included a variety of seating options, from cozy booths to tables with lovely views. the lobby offered comfortable seating and complimentary newspapers. there was also a handy luggage storage available after checkout.

Heart of the City Stay
perfect location breakfast variety helpful staff
The location was indeed perfect I found it near major attractions such as the Blue Mosque The tram was also close The breakfast offered a lot of variety I especially enjoyed the changes in main dishes. The staff was helpful and friendly making my stay relaxed. I must say the airport transfers arranged by the hotel were very convenient.

The hotel's location was superb. The Blue Mosque was just a short walk away. My room was particularly clean and very well maintained. The breakfast service was nice, with plentiful options and a comfortable dining area. the personnel was helpful. Mehmet was a good advisor.
i noticed SOME noise from the street early in the morning.
